Built for cleaning services

Recurring revenue, collected on time

Cleaning is a recurring business that lives on two things: the calendar staying full and the money arriving without a phone call. The edition is built for both.

Recurring schedulesWeekly, biweekly, monthly. Book once, repeat forever, with the customer's entry notes and preferences on every visit.
Routes & crewsStops grouped by crew and area. Each cleaner sees the day on their phone; a skip drops out and the day re-packs.
Card on file, auto-invoiceCrew marks the stop done; the invoice sends and the card on file is charged. Failed cards retried and the customer texted to update.
"Your cleaner is on the way"A text with the cleaner's name and a window when the crew leaves the previous stop. Reminders the night before, with reply-to-skip.
Missed-clean reschedulingLocked out, sick customer, hurricane day. The platform offers the next open slot by text and fills the gap from the wait list.
Reviews & referralsA text after the clean asks for the Google review. A referral link gives the customer a free add-on when a neighbor books.
AI, in your words

What the AI does for a cleaning company

The way the owner running six crews would describe it.

Quotes the three-bedroom while you're on a jobThe AI receptionist answers the call or text, asks bedrooms, bathrooms and frequency, quotes from your price table and books the first clean with a card on file.
Fills the hole when someone skipsA biweekly customer replies "skip". The AI texts the wait list for that area and day, books the first yes, and the crew's route stays full.
Builds the collections workflow you describeTell it: "If a card fails, retry in 2 days, text them a link to update it, and pause the next clean until it clears." It assembles the workflow and asks before switching it on.
Wins back the customer who went quietA weekly customer who hasn't booked in 6 weeks gets a text, then an offer for a deep clean. Lost customers come back; the owner never noticed they left.
Payments built in

Recurring billing, two ways to price it

A card on file charged every two weeks is a card fee every two weeks. Two ways to shrink it.

Interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math. Or a compliant dual-pricing program: your quote posts a cash price and a card price up front and the invoice applies the right one.* Customers who want the cash price pay by ACH for a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage; you decide whether the payer covers it.

  • Card on file and bank account on file for recurring customers, with smart retries
  • Auto-invoice on job completion, pay links for one-time cleans
  • Text-to-pay and tap-to-phone for crews on the road (hardware)
  • Net-terms invoices and ACH for offices and property managers (ACH); returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Deposits for move-out and deep cleans
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Payroll for your staff runs on the same login — see payroll.

*Where a surcharge is used instead of dual pricing, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged. Dual-pricing and cash-discount programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.

Which plan fits

A solo cleaner or a two-crew company starts on Basic ($99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech, so the software is on us): booking, card on file, invoicing, texting and the client portal. Move to Pro ($299/mo, or $249/mo billed annually) for the AI receptionist, the collections and win-back workflows, reviews and unlimited users for every crew. Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. See pricing.

Run it differently? Commercial-only, post-construction, carpet and tile, or a franchise with territory rules. Need it built around how you run? Custom builds from $1,999. We map your office, then build the routes, forms, billing and automations to match.

FAQ

Cleaning service questions

Can recurring cleans bill automatically?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly and monthly schedules charge the card or bank account on file when the visit is marked complete. Failed payments retry on a schedule and the customer gets a text to update the card.
What happens when a customer skips a week?
They reply "skip" to the reminder text. The visit drops from the route, the crew's day re-packs, and the AI offers the slot to a customer on the wait list. Skips are tracked so you can see who's skipping too often.
How do crews get their schedules?
Each crew sees its stops, notes, entry instructions and photos on their phone. Marking a stop complete triggers the invoice and the review request.
Can commercial accounts pay on terms?
Yes. Office and property-management accounts get net-terms invoices with a pay link by card or by ACH for a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage, automatic reminders and an aging report.
Does dual pricing work for a cleaning company?
Yes. Your quote posts a cash price and a card price up front, and the invoice applies the right one. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma) and debit is never surcharged. Many customers switch to ACH, which costs a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage. Programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.
