What every edition here shares

Four things a trade business does every day, already wired.

Estimate → e-sign → depositThe quote goes out with photos and options. The customer signs on their phone and pays the deposit in the same screen. Nothing starts unfunded.
Text-to-pay before the truck leavesThe tech sends a link from the mobile app and the customer pays on their own phone. Tap-to-phone and Bluetooth readers for cards in hand.
Memberships and routes that bill themselvesMaintenance plans, weekly routes and quarterly agreements charge the card on file, retry failures and text for a new card before the next visit.
Quotes chased for weeksTell the AI: "If a quote over $3,000 isn't signed within three days, text them. Day 10, call me." It builds the follow-up and asks before switching it on.

Big tickets, small jobs, one fee line

Every business here holds its merchant account in its own name with our sponsor-bank processing partner; we are the referring agent. Your stored cards and customer records move with you as tokens and exports if you ever leave.

Interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math. Or a compliant dual-pricing program that posts a cash price and a card price up front.* For the large draw, ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage beats both.

  • Text-to-pay, tap-to-phone and Bluetooth readers for every truck (hardware)
  • Deposits, draws and finals billed from the signed estimate
  • ACH at a flat per-item fee; you decide whether the payer covers it (ACH). Returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Card on file for memberships, routes and installment schedules, with smart retries
  • Level 2/3 data for property managers and general contractors paying on corporate cards; consumer financing through referral partners, no lending by us

Everything we accept, A to Z →

Payroll for your staff runs on the same login — see payroll.

*Where a surcharge is used instead of dual pricing, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged. Dual-pricing and cash-discount programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.

Plans for the trades

Which plan fits

Trades with a crew run Pro ($299/mo, or $249/mo billed annually): quote nurture, memberships, the AI receptionist and unlimited users for techs and office staff. A one-truck shop starts on Basic ($99/mo, credited back on your processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech) with estimates, invoicing, texting and the mobile app. Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. See pricing.

FAQ

Trade questions

Which edition do I pick if I do two trades?
Start with the one that bills the most. Every edition is a configuration of the same platform. A plumber who also does HVAC adds the maintenance membership from the HVAC edition in a few clicks, or asks the AI to build it.
Is every edition here a full page?
No. Editions marked Full edition have their own page with workflows, payments and FAQ. The rest are pre-configured on the same platform: the account opens with that trade's forms, pipelines and automations, and we tune the rest at onboarding.
How do deposits and progress billing work?
The signed estimate carries the schedule: a deposit at signing, draws at milestones, the balance at final. Each milestone sends its own invoice with a pay link by card or ACH, and the job shows what's collected and what's owed.
Why ACH for the big invoices?
ACH is a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage, and the business decides whether the payer covers it. On a large draw that swaps a percentage of the ticket for one fixed fee. Customers who prefer a card can still use one, at the card price under a compliant dual-pricing program. Returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries.
