You have the merchants. We're your software company.
Put your brand on a complete business platform — payments, CRM, booking, invoicing, marketing and an AI assistant. We load the editions, board your merchants in cohorts, run the branded help center and desk, train your reps and ship the updates. Revenue is split.
Built for companies that already have a book
Merchants leave a processor over a rate sheet. They rarely leave the software that runs their business.

A software company, already running
Three lines, one statement
The structure is published here. The numbers are in the partner agreement, once we have seen your book.
Processing. Partners who sell processing are registered with our processing partner and paid under its schedule; Merch FinTech supplies the software, boarding, help center and support, and earns an override. Already have a processor? Keep it — we run the software and connect to your gateway. Keep your processor →
Tell us about your book
We reply within one business day with your schedule, the per-merchant onboarding price and the platform fee at your size.
How a 1,000-merchant book moves
We move a book in cohorts of 50 to 100, paced by your reps, and every cohort follows the same script.
Yours to keep, in writing
- You own your branded environment; we administer it for you.
- If we part ways you keep the environment, your merchants and your share on the merchants you boarded, and we won't solicit them.
- Each merchant account is in the merchant's own name with the processing partner. Stored cards and records move as tokens and exports if a merchant leaves.
- Wind-down terms are in the partner agreement, next to the software split, the onboarding price and the fee schedule.
- Nobody names the technology. Partner marketing never names the engine underneath or the processors behind the rails, and neither does ours.
