Is Basic really on us?
Basic is $99 a month. While you process with Merch FinTech we credit it back on your monthly processing statement, so the software is on us. If you stop processing with us, Basic bills at $99 a month, or you export your data and leave; your stored cards and customer records move with you as tokens and exports.
Will it replace the tools I already pay for?
For most small businesses, yes: CRM, booking, invoicing, texting, email, forms, website, reviews, phone line and automation are built in. Our onboarding team migrates contacts, products and recurring customers for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The platform is set up for you, and the AI workflow builder takes plain English. Describe what should happen, review what it built, and switch it on. If you would rather we build it, custom workflows and automation start at $1,999 one-time.
What does processing cost?
