Software that already knows how a membership business runs

Each edition is the platform pre-configured for that business: class schedules, membership plans, intake forms and the failed-payment text are already set up. Payments are built in: Basic is $99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with us, so the software is on us. The AI builds the rest.

Ten editions, one member record

Pick the one that matches what you run. Each comes with its workflows already switched on.

GymMembership plans billed monthly on card on file, class schedules with capacity, a trial-pass funnel that converts to monthly and a front-desk reader for shakes and gear on dual pricing. Freezes, cancellations and failed cards each follow a rule you set.
YogaClass packs and unlimited monthlies, a schedule with wait lists that fill from a text, teacher substitutions sent to everyone registered, and workshop and retreat deposits. New students get a three-text welcome series after the first class.
Martial artsFamily memberships with sibling pricing, belt-test fees and gear posted to the account, attendance by class and a trial-week funnel for the kid who watched from the lobby. Tuition pulls monthly by card or by ACH for a flat per-item fee.
Personal trainerSession packages sold once and redeemed per visit, a booking page tied to your calendar, a card charged after each session and a late-cancel rule enforced without an awkward conversation. Clients see sessions left in their portal.
Nutrition & wellnessIntake and health history signed before the first visit, programs billed as a monthly plan or a package, check-in forms texted weekly and supplement orders invoiced on the same account. Progress photos and notes stay on the client record with access controls.
Weight lossConsults with a deposit, program plans split into scheduled card-on-file payments, weekly weigh-in reminders and refill reminders when a prescription or supplement runs low. Lapsed clients get a win-back text in your words.
Wellness coachingDiscovery calls booked from your site, coaching packages or monthly retainers on autopay, session notes and homework in the client portal, and a group program with its own membership. Corporate clients are invoiced by ACH for a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage.
Holistic wellnessPractitioner calendars for acupuncture, massage, reiki or energy work, intake and consent on a tablet, series redeemed per visit and a monthly wellness membership. Rebooking texts are timed per modality.
Mental health clinicIntake and consent completed before the first session, recurring appointments with a card on file for copays and no-shows, sliding-scale flags only billing staff can see, and superbills from the client record. Configured HIPAA-aware; see security.
Wellness retreatRetreat pages with dates and capacity, a deposit at booking and the balance scheduled before arrival, room and dietary preferences on the guest record and pre-arrival texts. Large balances move by ACH for a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage.

What every edition here shares

Wellness businesses run on recurring revenue and showing up. These four run in every edition on this page.

Recovers the membership that didn't billA member's card declines on the 1st. They get a text with a secure link that morning, the plan retries on your schedule, and you see only what is still open on day 7. Revenue that leaked quietly stops leaking.
Turns the trial into a memberA trial pass starts a sequence: a welcome text, a check-in after class three, an offer before it expires. Describe the sequence once; the workflow builder assembles it and asks before switching it on.
Fills the spot that just openedA cancellation opens a place in the 6am class. The AI texts the wait list; first yes gets it, confirmation sent. Late cancels and no-shows follow the rule you set, charged to the card on file.
Nudges the absent and asks for the reviewMembers who have not checked in for three weeks get a nudge in your words. After a milestone visit, a text asks for a Google review and routes anyone unhappy to you first.
Payments built for health & wellness

Recurring revenue, priced right

Memberships are small, predictable and monthly, so card on file with smart retries does most of the work. For the front desk and retail, a compliant dual-pricing program posts a cash price and a card price up front. Or interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math.

  • Card on file for memberships, packages and per-session billing, with smart retries when a card fails
  • ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage for family martial-arts tuition, corporate wellness accounts and retreat balances; returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Compliant dual pricing at the front desk and the smoothie bar. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged
  • Interchange plus one small, disclosed margin on everything else, shown line by line on your statement
  • Countertop terminal or mobile reader at the desk, pay links for phone sign-ups (hardware)
  • Branded digital and physical gift cards, sold at the counter and online (cards)
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Plans

Which plan a studio picks

Anyone with card volume starts on Basic at $99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech, so the software is on us: booking and calendars, card-on-file invoicing, two-way texting, one website and two users, enough for a trainer or a single-room studio. Gyms and studios with memberships run Pro at $299/mo ($249/mo billed annually): memberships and courses, trial funnels, workflow automation, the AI receptionist, reviews and unlimited staff logins. Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. Compare plans.

FAQ

Questions from studio owners

What happens when a member's card fails?
The member gets a text with a secure link to update the card the same morning. The plan retries on a schedule you set, and you see one list of what is still open after the retries. The member keeps access until your rule says otherwise.
Can members freeze, upgrade or cancel on their own?
From the portal, within the rules you set: a freeze for a month, an upgrade to unlimited, a cancellation with your notice period. Every change posts to the member record and to the next bill, and you can require a conversation for anything you want to keep.
Is the mental health edition HIPAA-aware?
Intake, notes and forms live on the client record with role-based access, encryption and audit logs, not in email threads. We configure the account HIPAA-aware and walk through your specific requirements with you. Our security page lists what we do and don't cover.
Can I run class packs and unlimited plans at the same time?
Yes. Packs are sold once and redeemed per check-in, unlimited plans bill monthly, and the schedule enforces capacity and wait lists across both. Reporting shows pack liability and monthly recurring revenue side by side.
