Software that already knows how a busy Saturday runs

Each edition is the platform pre-configured for that business: the ordering page, the booking calendar, the deposit rule and the review request are already set up. Payments are built in, priced for counters that swipe every four minutes and halls that take $20,000 deposits, and Basic ($99/mo) is credited back on your processing statement while you process with us. The AI builds the rest.

What every edition here shares

Hospitality is small tickets at speed and big tickets on a date. These four run in every edition on this page.

Takes the deposit that holds the dateA date hold, a party booking or a custom order takes a deposit at the moment of yes. You set the amount and the cancellation window; the balance is scheduled and collected before the event, not chased after.
Gets paid at the table, the counter or the front deskQR pages, handhelds, countertop terminals and mobile readers run on one account, with tips captured on every channel and reported for payroll. The guest never waits for the check.
Texts the wait list, the guest list and the 11pm questionA table opens, a tasting is rescheduled, a booking cancels. The platform texts the right list with a link and first yes gets the spot. The AI receptionist answers "are you open Sunday?" at 11pm.
Asks for the review and brings the regular backAfter the check or the checkout, a text asks for a Google review and routes anyone unhappy to the manager first. Guests quiet for sixty days get the offer you'd want them to get, in your words.

Many swipes, big deposits, one account

Counters and dining rooms swipe hundreds of small tickets a day, the worst case for flat-rate pricing. Run a compliant dual-pricing program and the menu posts a cash price and a card price up front, with signage we provide. Halls, caterers and lodging take large deposits and balances that belong on ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage. Both run on one account, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math.

  • Compliant dual pricing on counter, bar and table checks; or interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma)
  • Deposits on bookings, parties and custom orders, with the balance scheduled to a card on file or to ACH at a flat per-item fee; returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Tips captured on QR, handheld and counter; tip pooling reports for payroll
  • Countertop terminals, handhelds, self-order kiosks and mobile readers on one account (hardware)
  • Commission-free online ordering and hosted pay pages on your domain
  • Branded digital and physical gift cards, sold at the counter and online (cards)
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Plans

Which plan a restaurant or hall picks

Anyone with card volume starts on Basic at $99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech, so the software is on us: ordering and pay pages, booking with deposits, invoicing, two-way texting, one website and two users. Restaurants that want loyalty and SMS offers, and halls that want automated balance collection and the AI receptionist, run Pro at $299/mo ($249/mo billed annually). Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. Compare plans.

FAQ

Questions from owners and managers

How does dual pricing work on a $9 coffee?
You post a cash price and a card price up front. The screen and the menu show both, with signage we provide, and the system applies the right price by tender. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged, so counters are set up as dual pricing rather than a surcharge. Programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.
Do deposits for events and parties go through the same account?
Yes. The deposit is taken on a card at booking, the balance is scheduled to a card on file or to ACH at a flat per-item fee before the date, and both post to the event record. Refunds inside your cancellation window are one click.
Does online ordering cost a commission?
No. Online ordering, order-ahead and QR pay pages run on your own account and your own domain. You pay the processing you'd pay anyway, nothing per order.
Do we need to replace our POS?
Not always. Many counters run our terminals and handhelds as the register. Full-service restaurants with a kitchen system they like keep it and use us for ordering, reservations, loyalty, texting, reviews and the processing. Send us what you run and we'll map it.
