Software that already knows how a finance or insurance office runs

Every edition here is the same platform, pre-configured for a business that bills on a schedule and lives on documents: onboarding, engagement letters, recurring retainers, renewals. Payments are built in, and the AI builds whatever your office does differently.

Ten kinds of office, one platform

Each edition loads the onboarding, document checklists, billing schedule and reminders that kind of office runs on. One entry is for software and payment companies rather than merchants, and we say so.

Accounting FirmClient onboarding with an e-signed engagement letter, a document checklist per client, and monthly retainers drafted by ACH at a flat per-item fee on the day you choose. Tax-season invoices go out with a pay link when the return is ready to sign; the reminders chase what is missing.
Banking and PaymentIf you are a fintech, a payments company or a small processor, you are a partner here, not a merchant. Payment companies with a book of merchants put their brand on the platform and we run the software company behind it; software companies earn a published share of the processing margin on every customer they bring. Start on the Partner Program or the ISV page.
BookkeeperA pipeline per client for the monthly close, a request list that asks for bank statements and receipts on a schedule, and a flat monthly fee billed by card on file or ACH. Catch-up packages take a deposit up front; clients text you in one shared inbox.
Commercial InsuranceA renewals calendar with reminders 90, 60 and 30 days out, intake forms that gather the exposures before the quote call, and a pipeline from submission to bound. Agency and broker fees, where permitted, are invoiced with a pay link; premiums stay on the carrier's billing.
Financial PlannerDiscovery-call booking with an intake form, a planning agreement e-signed before the first meeting, and flat or recurring planning fees billed by ACH at a flat per-item fee. Annual review reminders go out on the anniversary. The edition covers scheduling, agreements and billing; your advice and your custodian stay yours.
LenderApplication intake with a document checklist, a pipeline from application to funded, and scheduled reminders for borrower payments, with ACH at a flat per-item fee for the installments you collect directly. Status texts replace the where-are-we calls. Lending accounts are subject to underwriting review by our sponsor-bank processing partner and are not always approved.
Life InsuranceLead follow-up that answers within a minute, a needs-analysis intake form, booking for the application call, and a pipeline from quote to in force. Requirement chasing runs on a schedule; anniversary sequences keep the book warm; premiums stay with the carrier.
P&C InsuranceQuote requests land in a pipeline with the intake already done, renewals are worked 60 days out, and claims check-ins go out by text. Agency fees and service fees, where permitted, are collected on a pay link or a card on file. Review requests after a smooth claim build the referral book.
Tax AccountingAn organizer form and document checklist sent in January, reminders until every form is in, an e-signed engagement letter, and an invoice with a pay link when the return is ready to sign. Extension and estimated-payment reminders go out automatically.
Travel InsuranceA quote-to-bind pipeline for trip policies, intake that captures travel dates and travelers, and a pre-departure sequence that confirms coverage documents. Agency fees are collected on a pay link where permitted. For agencies that also book travel, the trip-planning pieces load alongside.
What every edition here shares

The four automations every office gets

Written the way an office manager would describe them.

Onboarding that collects the paperworkAn intake form, an e-signed engagement letter and a document checklist per client, sent the day they say yes. The reminders do the asking.
Booking that fills the calendarDiscovery calls, tax appointments and policy reviews book themselves from your website, a text or the AI receptionist, with reminders and a reschedule link.
Retainers and renewals on a scheduleMonthly fees draft by ACH or card on file on the date you set. Renewal and anniversary reminders go out 90, 60 and 30 days ahead, with the e-signature ready.
Document chasing and review requestsMissing statements, forms and signatures are requested until they arrive. When the return is filed or the policy is bound, a review request goes out.
Payments built for finance & insurance

Recurring fees, without the card fees

Finance and insurance offices bill the same clients every month. Flat-rate card pricing on recurring fees is a cost you never needed to carry.

Your merchant account is in your own name with our processing partner; your stored cards and client records move with you as tokens and exports if you ever leave. Cards are priced interchange plus one small, disclosed margin, with the math on your statement. Where state law permits, a compliant dual-pricing program can move the card cost to the client, within the card-brand and state caps.*

  • ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage for monthly retainers, planning fees and large annual invoices; you decide whether the payer covers it. Returned payments: the processor's return fee passes through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Card on file for clients who want it, with smart retries and a text when a card declines
  • Level 2/3 data on corporate cards from business clients, for lower interchange
  • Invoices and engagement letters carry a pay link; agency and service fees collected where permitted
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Everything we accept, A to Z →

*Surcharges are capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance, lower in some states; debit cards are never surcharged. Dual-pricing and cash-discount programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere. Lending accounts are subject to underwriting review.

FAQ

Finance and insurance questions

Can an insurance agency take payments through the platform?
Yes, for what the agency itself bills: agency fees, broker fees and service fees where your state permits them, plus any consulting work. Premiums usually belong to the carrier's billing, and we do not touch that. The edition's main value for an agency is the pipeline, the renewals calendar and the follow-up.
Are lenders, credit repair companies and fintechs accepted?
Lending accounts are subject to underwriting review by our sponsor-bank processing partner, and some categories, such as credit repair and investment advice, are ones a sponsor bank will not board, so we do not offer editions for them. Tell us exactly what you do and we give you a straight answer before you sign anything. Fintechs and payment companies are partners rather than merchants: see the Partner Program and the ISV program.
Do you handle Level 2/3 data for business clients paying by corporate card?
Yes. When a business client pays with a corporate or purchasing card, the platform passes the extra line-item and tax data that qualifies the transaction for lower interchange, and you see the result on your statement.
Which edition fits a firm that does bookkeeping, tax and advisory?
Load the accounting edition as the primary and bring in the pieces you need from the others. Everything lives on one login and one ledger, and the AI workflow builder adds your own rules in plain English.
