Software that already knows how a law firm runs

Every edition here is the same platform, pre-configured for the way a practice takes a matter: intake, consult, engagement letter, retainer, billing. Payments are built in, Basic ($99/mo) is credited back on your processing statement while you process with us, and the AI builds whatever your firm does differently.

Eight practice areas, one platform

Each edition loads the pipelines, forms, letters and reminders that practice area uses. One note before the list: we are not a trust-accounting system. Retainers and settlement funds go where counsel directs, and your trust ledger stays in the software you keep it in today.

Bankruptcy LawyerAn intake questionnaire gathers debts, income and creditors before the consult, so the first meeting is a plan, not a form. Flat fees and the payment schedule you set are collected by card on file or by ACH for a flat per-item fee, with the engagement letter e-signed first. Deadline reminders go to the client by text.
Compensation LawyerWorkers' compensation runs on paperwork and patience. The edition chases medical-records authorizations, employer forms and signatures on a schedule, and texts the client a status update at each stage so they stop calling to ask. Fees settle out of the award the way counsel directs; we handle intake and follow-up, not the trust ledger.
Defense LawyerDefense calls come at 2 a.m. The AI receptionist answers, takes the basics and offers the first available consult; a person is one word away. Flat-fee retainers and consult deposits are collected on a pay link before the meeting, with card on file for installments.
Family LawyerConsult booking with a deposit, an e-signed engagement letter, and an evergreen retainer that asks for replenishment when the balance drops below your floor. Clients upload financial disclosures through the portal, and the system reminds them until the list is complete. Retainers by ACH for a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage.
Immigration LawyerIntake forms in the client's language, a case pipeline by petition stage, and document chasing that keeps asking until the passport scan arrives. Flat fees by stage, paid in installments by card on file or ACH. Status updates go out by text or WhatsApp, which is where many of these clients already are.
Mediation ServicesTwo parties, one calendar. Both sides book the same session, each gets a pay link for their half of the fee, and the agreement to mediate is e-signed before anyone sits down. Session deposits and balances are collected automatically, with reminders that reach both parties at once.
Personal Injury AttorneyIntake is the business. The AI answers every call and chat around the clock, qualifies the injury and the date, and books the consult while the lead is still on the line. Treatment records and signed releases are chased without a paralegal on the phone. Contingency practices use this edition for intake and follow-up; fees settle as counsel directs.
Real Estate AttorneyA closing pipeline by date, document collection for each file, and flat-fee invoices with pay links sent when the file opens. Large balances by ACH for a flat per-item fee; card on file for the clients who prefer it. Closing funds move through your existing escrow process, not our rails.
What every edition here shares

The four automations every firm gets

Written the way an office manager would describe them.

Intake that qualifies before you call backA web or text intake form asks what the matter is, who the other party is and when it happened, so the conflict check starts before a consult is offered. Incomplete forms get a nudge the next morning.
Consult booking with a depositThe AI receptionist offers open times, collects the consult fee on a pay link and sends the reminder sequence. No-shows fall away when money is down.
Retainer and replenishment remindersWhen a retainer balance drops below the floor you set, the client gets a text and an email with a pay link. Card on file or ACH, your choice per client.
Document chasing and review requestsMissing disclosures, signatures and records are requested on a schedule until they arrive. When the matter closes, a review request goes to the clients you choose.
Payments built for legal

Retainers in, fees out

Law firms move large, infrequent sums. Pricing them on a flat card rate is the most expensive way to get paid.

Each firm's merchant account is in its own name with our processing partner; we are the referring agent, and your stored cards and client records move with you as tokens and exports if you ever leave. Cards are priced interchange plus one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math. Where state law and your bar's guidance permit, a compliant dual-pricing or surcharge program can move the card cost to the client.*

  • ACH at a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage for retainers, replenishments and settlement-related invoices; the firm decides whether the client covers it. Returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries
  • Card on file for installment plans and evergreen retainers, with smart retries and a text when a card fails
  • Level 2/3 data on corporate cards from business clients, which qualifies the transaction for lower interchange
  • Invoices and engagement letters carry a pay link, so the client pays before the first meeting
  • Deposits go where counsel directs. We are not a trust-accounting system and do not keep your trust ledger

Everything we accept, A to Z →

*Surcharges are capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance; Colorado and Oklahoma cap them at 2%; New Jersey allows only your actual cost; New York requires the card price to be posted in dollars and cents; surcharging is not permitted in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine or Puerto Rico; debit cards are never surcharged. Dual pricing posts both prices up front and is available more widely. Programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law. Confirm your bar's guidance on passing fees to clients.

FAQ

Law firm questions

Does this replace my practice-management or trust-accounting software?
No. We are not a trust-accounting system. The edition runs intake, scheduling, engagement letters, billing, reminders and follow-up. Retainers and settlement funds go where counsel directs, and your trust ledger stays in the software you keep it in today.
Can clients pay retainers by ACH?
Yes. ACH is a flat per-item fee instead of a percentage, and the firm decides whether the client covers it. Replenishments can run from a bank account on file or a card on file, with a text to the client before each one. Returned payments pass the processor's return fee through at cost, with two automatic retries.
Can we pass card fees to clients?
A compliant dual-pricing or surcharge program can put the card cost on the client. Surcharges are capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance; Colorado and Oklahoma cap them at 2%; New Jersey allows only your actual cost; New York requires the card price to be posted in dollars and cents; surcharging is not permitted in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine or Puerto Rico; debit cards are never surcharged. Dual pricing posts both prices up front and is available more widely. Check your bar's guidance on fee agreements; we set up the program, we do not give legal advice.
What does the AI receptionist say to a caller?
It answers calls, texts and website chats around the clock, collects the basics on your intake form, offers consult times and sends reminders. It does not discuss the merits of a matter or give legal advice, and it hands off to a person the moment someone asks.
