Software that already knows how a salon runs

Each edition is the platform pre-configured for that business: the booking page, the deposit rule, the card on file and the rebooking text are already set up. Payments are built in, priced for a business that swipes a card every twenty minutes, and Basic ($99/mo) is credited back on your processing statement while you process with us. The AI builds the rest.

Seven editions, one front desk

Pick the one that matches what you run. Each comes with its workflows already switched on; the full editions have a page of their own.

What every edition here shares

Beauty businesses live on repeat visits and small tickets. These four run in every edition on this page.

Rebooks before the chair is emptyA cut grows out in six weeks, a fill in three, a set in two. The platform knows the date per service and texts a booking link, then a second text, then the AI receptionist calls.
Takes the deposit that ends the no-showNew clients and long appointments pay a deposit at booking. You set the amount and the cancellation window; the deposit applies at checkout or is kept when the chair sits empty.
Answers the 9pm "anything Saturday?" textThe AI receptionist answers texts, chats and calls around the clock, quotes from your price list and books into the right stylist's calendar. Monday morning the book is fuller, not the voicemail.
Asks for the review and wins back the quiet onesAfter checkout, a text asks for a Google review and routes anyone unhappy to the owner first. Clients quiet for ninety days get a win-back offer in your words.

Many small swipes, no fee line

A salon runs hundreds of $35 to $180 tickets a month, the worst case for flat-rate pricing. Run a compliant dual-pricing program and the screen posts a cash price and a card price up front, with signage we provide. Prefer one price? Interchange-plus with one small, disclosed margin, and you save on card fees versus flat-rate pricing: send a statement and we show the math.

  • Compliant dual pricing with signage. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma); debit cards are never surcharged, so beauty businesses are set up as dual pricing
  • Card on file for deposits, memberships and series, with smart retries when a card fails
  • Tips captured on every channel and reported per stylist, technician or barber for payroll
  • Countertop terminal at the desk, mobile reader at the chair, pay links for phone bookings (hardware)
  • Branded digital and physical gift cards, sold at the counter and online (cards)
  • No PCI program fee, no statement fee, no annual fee

Plans

Which plan a salon picks

Anyone with card volume starts on Basic at $99/mo, credited back on your monthly processing statement while you process with Merch FinTech, so the software is on us: booking by stylist, card on file, invoicing, two-way texting, one website and two users. Salons that want rebooking automations, memberships, the AI receptionist and review requests run Pro at $299/mo ($249/mo billed annually). Pro is credited back at higher processing volumes. FAQ

Questions from salon owners

How does dual pricing work on a $45 haircut?
You post a cash price and a card price up front. The screen shows both and the client chooses. Where a surcharge is used instead, it is capped at the lesser of 3% or your actual cost of acceptance (2% in Colorado and Oklahoma), and debit cards are never surcharged, so salons are set up as dual pricing rather than a surcharge. Programs are subject to card-brand rules and state law and are not available everywhere.
Can each stylist see only their own book?
Yes. Calendars are per provider with role-based access, so a stylist sees their own clients and the owner sees everything. Booth renters who run their own business can be boarded with their own merchant account; talk to us about the setup.
Do deposits reduce no-shows?
An appointment that costs something to abandon gets abandoned less. You set the deposit and the cancellation window, and you can limit it to new clients and long services. The deposit applies at checkout when the client shows and is kept when they don't.
Can I sell memberships and packages?
Yes. A monthly blowout, facial or lash membership bills to the card on file on the 1st, failed cards are chased by text and member pricing applies at checkout. Packages are sold once and redeemed per visit, with the balance visible in the client portal.
